Self-Storage Administrator
Jans are looking for a reliable and organised person for our growing self-storage operation.
With demand increasing and a new storage building opening this summer, this role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the self-storage department.
Duties include:
• Customer enquiries, bookings and admin
• Being customer-facing and providing a friendly service
• Storage sites maintenance and cleaning
• Container sales and logistics
• General organisation of the department
About you:
• Organised, reliable and happy to work independently
• Confident dealing with customers
• Comfortable with basic admin and IT
Competitive pay depending on experience.
Retail Assistant
Key responsibilities:
Providing warm, helpful customer service
Assisting customers with products and purchases
Operating the till and handling payments
Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well-presented
Stock replenishment and basic merchandising
What we’re looking for:
A positive, can-do attitude
Good communication and people skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Retail experience helpful but not essential (full training provided)
