Our toolhire department offers a variety of equipment to complete most jobs, from full-scale building projects to smaller DIY applications. Experienced staff are on hand to advise on the most suitable tool for the job and explain its operation. On return from hire, each item is tested for safety and operation.
Ease of operation, combined with comfortable cab, make our 1.5 tonne excavators the ideal machines for use in confined spaces. A garden pond can be quickly and effortlessly excavated and with a range of bucket sizes, foundation trenches and drainage channels can be dug, and spreading gravel becomes a simple task.
For those DIY jobs we have a range of smaller machines to assist with wood working (planers, jigsaws, routers), drilling (masonry, wood and metal) and grinding. The more domestic equipment includes carpet cleaners and wallpaper strippers. On the garden front we have cultivators, brush cutters, hedgetrimmers and lawnmowers.
Working at heights, safety can be a problem. but by using a hydraulic access tower, safety with flexibility of movement can be achieved. Our aerial access tower is towable and can take a payload of 215kg to a height of 15 metres. For more prolonged working periods, various scaffold towers are available.
